The chairman of the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), Bedri Hamza, has called on citizens to take part in the protest scheduled for October 1 in Pristina against the judgment of the Kosovo Specialist Chambers in The Hague concerning former KLA members.

In a video published on social media, Hamza invited citizens to join the gathering, which will take place at “Skënderbeu” Square starting at 16:00.
“OCTOBER 1 | 16:00 | ‘SKËNDERBEU’ SQUARE, PRISTINA. Join us! Let us unite against injustice!” Hamza wrote in the video’s caption.
The gathering has been announced as a mass protest against the Special Court’s decision concerning Hashim Thaçi, Kadri Veseli, Rexhep Selimi and Jakup Krasniqi.
Hamza’s call comes at a time when protests against the Specialist Chambers’ judgment have been held in Pristina, other cities in Kosovo and abroad.
