The meeting had been scheduled by the Assembly Presidency for Monday, September 28, at 11:00 a.m.
Despite the delay of more than an hour, proceedings had not begun in the plenary hall, and the presence of MPs had not been observed.
The agenda includes the review and approval of the minutes of previous sessions, the swearing-in of new MPs, the establishment of parliamentary committees, and a vote on the Declaration regarding the judgment of the Kosovo Specialist Chambers of September 16.
MPs are also expected to decide on the election of the deputy speaker of the Assembly from the ranks of the Democratic Party of Kosovo.
It has not yet been announced what time the announced session will begin.
