Qorrolli asked Rama to disclose the reason for the trip, who paid for the ticket, hotel and other expenses, how much the total bill was, and what interest the financier had.

He linked the issue to Rama’s political ambitions to lead Kosovo, raising questions about his transparency and accountability to citizens.

Full post:

“Përparim London, before you dream of becoming prime minister, explain the trip to New York: what was its purpose, who paid for the ticket, hotel and other expenses, how much did it cost in total, and what interest did the financier have?

While the city is drowning in rubbish and dirt, you are showing ambitions to lead Kosovo. If you do not account for the travel money and do not deal with the rubbish in your own city, what credibility do you have to speak to citizens about governance?

First explain who paid for the trip to New York and clean up the city’s rubbish; then continue with your dreams of becoming prime minister!”
