A young man who had earlier criticized Prime Minister Edi Rama in a statement to News24 was arrested and forcibly taken away by police and hooded individuals while he was drinking coffee.
As if he were a criminal rather than a young man, police officers—including hooded individuals—as well as special forces searched the café until they found the young man, Emanuel Daçi.

“I’m being arrested for no reason, for nothing—for a bicycle helmet and an antiperspirant,” Daçi said. He politely told the police, “You are assaulting me; I will come with you, but please, you are assaulting me.”
Earlier, in a statement to News24, the young man said that there could be no dialogue with Edi Rama.
“Why did you come out today for dialogue?! You had so much time; all you did was come out and act the fool, making jokes and creating the prototype. The prototypes will bring you down,” he said.
