Minister of Infrastructure and Transport Dimal Basha received Arnaud Dauphin, director of the French Development Agency (AFD) for the Western Balkans. The discussion focused on cooperation on railway projects connecting Kosovo with Albania.
According to the announcement, the parties reviewed ways to advance trilateral cooperation between Kosovo, Albania and AFD. This cooperation aims to develop railway links, facilitate transport and strengthen regional economic development.
