Tirana police have imposed 12 administrative penalties on people who blocked the road and obstructed vehicle traffic during a rally held yesterday afternoon on “Dëshmorët e Kombit” Boulevard.
According to the official statement, each person was fined 5,000 lek under Normative Act No. 5, dated October 28, 2026.

Police said the individuals obstructed traffic despite repeated calls by officers over a megaphone to clear the road.
The case files have been referred to the Prosecutor’s Office for further action.
