An incident occurred during the Democratic Party protest outside the Prime Minister’s Office. A man in the crowd began shouting “Rama to prison, Berisha to prison,” prompting a reaction from several Democratic Party activists, who intervened and removed him from the crowd.
Democratic Party MP Kelvis Balliu also intervened during the incident, attempting to calm the situation.

Afterward, Balliu described the man as a government provocateur, claiming he had been brought to the protest to provoke and insult participants.
“A government provocateur. They bring them here to hurl foul-mouthed insults at citizens who come out to protest,” the Democratic Party MP said.
