A protester told News24 that he was not afraid of fines, police violence or rubber bullets.
He said he would continue to take part in the protest and called on Prime Minister Edi Rama to account for what he described as millions stolen and to leave office.

“Even if Rama fines me €500 million, I’m not afraid. Rubber bullets don’t scare me either. Nothing does, not even violence. I will come here, and you must account for those millions you have stolen and leave, Edi Rama,” the protester said.
