The Shadow Report will offer an independent assessment of progress under the Ohrid Agreement and its Implementation Annex. Produced jointly by civil society organisations from Serbia and Kosovo, the report introduces a new Normalisation Index designed to track implementation and engagement over time.
The webinar will also feature the award-winning Winter School paper on the role of women’s initiatives in reconciliation between Kosovo and Serbia, followed by an open discussion and Q&A.
This webinar is organised within the project “Supporting the EU enlargement through the normalisation process between Serbia and Kosovo: Civil society as a driver of progress,” supported by the Open Society Institute – Sofia (OSIS) through the “Think Tanks for the Future of EU Enlargement Program” (TFEP).
