All fan groups from Kosovo gathered today in Skanderbeg Square in Pristina, where they protested against the conviction of former KLA leaders.

Participants showed their dissatisfaction with flags bearing the words “Freedom has a name.”
One of the slogans chanted during the protest was “The KLA is honored when Albania unites.”
The march began at the Palace of Youth and continued toward the capital’s center.
This marks the first time all fan groups have joined together in a joint protest.
On September 16, the Kosovo Specialist Chambers in The Hague issued a first-instance conviction against Hashim Thaçi, Kadri Veseli, Jakup Krasniqi and Rexhep Selimi, sentencing them to a total of 81 years in prison.
