The civic protest has reached its 120th day today. Citizens have gathered in Skanderbeg Square, from where they are expected to begin marching along the boulevard toward the Prime Minister’s Office.

At the end of the march, speeches will be held in front of the executive building, where concerns and objections to government policies will be voiced.
Among the protesters’ main demands is Edi Rama’s resignation. Their platform also calls for the establishment of a transitional government with a 12-month mandate, tasked with preparing the country for the next elections.
The protesters are also calling for the cancellation of several legislative initiatives which, they say, harm the interests of Albanian citizens.
The organizers have announced that the gatherings will continue in the coming days and that the movement will not stop until its demands are met.
