The national housing program is expected to open applications during November, offering soft loans to 4,000 families and subsidized rents to 3,000 beneficiaries. Minister of Economy and Innovation Delina Ibrahimaj said that implementing the program requires the approval of a new law, which will enable applications to begin.

Ibrahimaj also announced that an online platform will be introduced, allowing citizens to view the prices of around 160 food products. The platform is intended to serve as a reference point for the market and consumers.
During a press conference where INSTAT data on economic growth were presented, the minister also highlighted the increase in foreign investment this year, with an annual rate above 50. According to her, more than half of this investment has been directed toward the real estate market.
