At an extraordinary session held today, the Kosovo Assembly voted in favor of three draft laws ratifying financial agreements with the European Union linked to the IPA 2021, IPA 2022 and IPA 2026–2027 programs.

With the approval of Amendment No. 1 to the IPA 2021 financial agreement, procedures can continue for contracting and using €22.2 million from EU funds.
The other agreements provide for the possibility of contracting and using €55.7 million in support from the European Union.
The IPA 2026–2027 program includes projects with a total value of €193.856 million. Around €180.5 million of this amount will be financed by the European Union, while the remainder will be secured through co-financing by the Government of Kosovo and other development partners.
