The chairman of the PDK, Bedri Hamza, has called on the Assembly to hold the session at which the Special Court law will be voted on in its second reading.

Hamza said that so far there had been no communication with the Vetëvendosje Movement.
“We have not communicated. Our request is clear: the session must be convened and the law voted on in its second reading,” he said.
According to him, there is no obstacle or difficulty that would justify failing to vote, stressing that if there had been any doubts, they had not prevented the law from being approved in its first reading.
