The meeting is taking place as the constitutional deadline for electing the president expires at midnight.
If a solution for the country’s head of state is not reached by then, Kosovo will enter its fourth electoral process within two years.
Meanwhile, the “Not in my name” platform has announced that it will organize a public protest at 12:00, calling for the adoption of amendments to the Law on the Special Court.
