Addressing the participants, Ferati said that economic ties bring benefits to all sides. According to him, the region must mobilize its potential by relying on partnerships and interests that unite the countries.
“Economic cooperation produces no losers, only winners. The perception of the Balkans is changing: it is no longer seen solely as a region marked by conflicts and historical disputes, but as a space offering opportunities, shared development and a new model of cooperation among the people and societies of the region,” Ferati declared.
The minister’s message focused on the need to leave the divisions of the past behind and build stable relations through dialogue, cooperation and projects that generate value for everyone.
The Balkan Business Forum in Tirana is a platform where the region’s economic and institutional actors exchange ideas and deepen their ties, with the aim of promoting development and opening up new opportunities for cooperation in the Balkans.
