The Mayor of the City of Skopje, Orce Gjorgievski, announced that the next campaign to clean the capital will begin on Wednesday at 11:00. The activity covers more than 50 different locations, where parks, roads, sidewalks, public spaces, as well as areas between residential buildings will be tidied up.

Through a public appeal, Gjorgievski invited citizens to join the initiative, emphasizing that municipal units, their leaders, students, and volunteers will once again take part in the activities.
According to him, the main goal of the campaign is to raise awareness about cleanliness and to strengthen the sense of civic responsibility toward the environment.
“As we have announced, these campaigns are organized twice a month. We will continue with persistence, we will gather again, and we will create a tradition of unity and responsibility. True success is achieved when care for cleanliness is practiced daily, in every neighborhood, even between two campaigns,” declared Gjorgievski.
The City of Skopje informs that interested citizens should contact the municipality where they live to receive information about the exact locations and how to get involved in the campaign.
