Ron Yeffet: I need their help in running these businesses because, you understand me…
Tatiana: Yes, of course, but for that I need a permit (confirmation). You know, I think you need a permit, confirmation, in order to work.
Ron Yeffet: So, travel there with me, come with me. I just came back from there. Arjeta and other people are working with me there. Last weeks, seven other audio recordings were released in which Yeffet and the Ukrainian nationals discussed the packaging of weapons and ammunition arriving from Africa and subsequently being resold to countries at war, in this case Ukraine.
The recordings also revealed the companies KAYO and TIMAK, with Yeffet being a co-shareholder in TIMAK alongside Arjeta Puca. Subsequently, the state-owned KAYO and privately owned TIMAK established TIMAK DEFENCE, in which TIMAK holds 80% of the shares, while KAYO holds only 20%.
Ahmetaj stated the following day that Prime Minister Rama and Yeffet had replicated the KAYO-TIMAK structure across all sectors of the economy in order to control everything, even in the event that Rama were to leave office.
