The Tetovo Sector for Internal Affairs has filed a criminal complaint against I.V. (35) and I.M. (51), both from Tetovo and employed by the Emergency Medical Service at Tetovo General Hospital.
The two suspects are accused of the criminal offense of “failure to provide medical assistance.”

According to the Ministry of Interior, on June 29, 2026, the first suspect received a call at the Emergency Medical Service in Tetovo reporting the incident, but did not send a team to provide medical assistance to the injured person in the village of Dobrosht. She also informed the second suspect, who was a supervisor, of the situation.
